FAQs

Q1. I've received notification that my order has been shipped out but it is not the delivery date/time slot that I have selected.

A. Don't need to worry. We will not ship out your vegetables and fruits. We will only start the deliver as per the stated desired shipping date/time in your order.

Q2. If I ordered today, can I receive my order on the same day?

A. No. We would need 3 working days to process your order and prepare your vegetables and fruits. Do not need to worry about the freshness as your vegetables and fruits are packed and import to Singapore on your desired shipping date. 

Q3: How much is the delivery charges?

A: The delivery charges is $10 per 30kg. Above 30kg will have additional charges of $10. (We are currently having free delivery promotion when you spend $50 and above excluding Soursop and Durians.) Additional $5 delivery charges for next 30kg.

Q4: Where do I choose my delivery date/time?

A: You will see the delivery date/time option at cart page. See below.

 

Q5: What should I do upon receiving my order?

A. You will need to open up the styrofoam box or basket; and check all the items are correct. Check if there is any damaged or spoil items.


Q6. I did not receive my order on the stated desired shipping date/time. What should I do?

A. We apologise in advance on the missing order due to some unforeseen circumstances. Below are the reason why you did not receive your order.

  1. Your order notes is incomplete and unable to reach you via your contact number. 
  2. Your order notes is incomplete and has response back late to us via whatsapp. Your order will miss the cut-off time for transportation to Singapore.

Kindly write in to us via Whatsapp Chat immediately and indicate your order number. We will re-arrange the delivery of your order to you (Subjected to availability of Delivery Slot). 

Q7. I've received my order but there is missing item. What should I do?

A. We apologise in advance on the missing item. Below are the reason for missing item.

  1. Your vegetables or fruits are not fresh on the delivery day and we have discard it for you. (We will do a refund for the item)
  2. Your vegetables or fruits are out of stock on the delivery day. (We will do a refund for the item)
  3. Our packer missed out the item. (We will do a refund for the item) 

Kindly write in to us via Whatsapp Chat. Please indicate your order number, photos of all the items received and the missing item within 24 hours. We will do a refund OR add on the missing item on your next order. Do inform us your new order number once you placed your order.

Q8. I've received damage/rotten vegetables and/or fruits. What should I do?

A. We apologise in advance on the damaged/rotten vegetables or fruits. Kindly write in to us via Whatsapp Chat. Please indicate your order number, photos of the damaged/rotten item within 24hrs. We will do a refund OR add on the damaged item on your next order. Do inform us your new order number once you placed your order.

Q9. I've received my order but all item are wrong. What should I do?

A. We apologise in advance on the wrong order sent. Kindly write in to us via Whatsapp Chat. Please indicate your order number and photo of the items received within 24 hours. We will re-arrange the delivery of your order to you again (Subjected to availability of Delivery Slot).

Q10: What if I found out my vegetables and/or fruits was damaged/rotten after 24 hours?

A: Kindly write in to us via Whatsapp Chat. Please indicate your order number, photos of the damaged/rotten item. We will assess your situation and investigate your issue accordingly.

Q11. How do I store my vegetables and fruits?

A: Read the following:

  1. Store your vegetables in fridge immediately upon receiving your order.
  2. Store your fruits in cool and dry place. Keep it in the fridge when your fruits ripen.
  3. If your item is wet upon received, please dry them immediately to prevent your vegetables and fruits from rotting.

Q12. How long can I keep my vegetables?

A: Read the following:

  1. To keep your vegetables fresh, do consume them within 3-4 days upon received. 
  2. For cut vegetables, do consume them within 2-3 days once opened.
  3. To keep your cut vegetables fresh, consume them within 1 week upon received.

Q13. Why my fruits not sweet?

A: You will need to wait for your fruits to ripe. Once your fruits ripen, it will be sweet.

Q14: Are our vegetables Halal Certified?

A: Yes! Our vegetables are Halal Certified.
