These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your subscription to the $360 Unlimited Delivery for 1 Year service ("Service") provided by AgogoFresh ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Service.

1. Service Overview

The $360 Unlimited Delivery for 1 Year subscription provides unlimited delivery of all products available on the AgogoFresh online store to your specified address within Singapore for a duration of one year from the date of purchase.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for this service, customers must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.

  • Reside in Singapore.

  • Complete the purchase of the $360 Unlimited Delivery package.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • The total cost of the Service is $360 for one year of unlimited delivery.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

  • AgogoFresh accepts payments through all types of payment available on the AgogoFresh Online Store.

  • No refunds will be issued after the purchase is completed unless otherwise required by law.

4. Delivery Service

  • Unlimited Delivery: The Service entitles the customer to an unlimited number of deliveries within the one-year period, subject to the following:

    • Delivery is only available within Singapore.

    • Deliveries are for all products available on the AgogoFresh Online Store.

    • Deliveries are subject to product availability and AgogoFresh’s operational hours.

5. Advance Order Requirement

  • Customers must place orders at least 2 days in advance to ensure timely delivery.

  • AgogoFresh reserves the right to reschedule or adjust deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Subscription Period

  • The Service is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

  • The subscription cannot be transferred or shared between multiple users.

  • After the one-year period ends, the Service will automatically expire. The customer will need to renew the subscription for continued benefits.

7. Changes to Service

AgogoFresh reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice. If any changes affect your subscription, you will be notified via the contact information you provided.

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: The customer must provide accurate and up-to-date delivery information.

  • Delivery Access: The customer must ensure access to the delivery location during scheduled delivery times.

  • Product Availability: AgogoFresh is not responsible for any product shortages or delivery delays beyond its control.

9. Termination and Cancellation

  • By AgogoFresh: AgogoFresh reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Service at any time due to violation of these Terms and Conditions or any other reason deemed appropriate.

  • By Customer: Customers can cancel the Service at any time, but no refunds will be provided once the payment has been processed.

10. Limitation of Liability

AgogoFresh is not liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from the use of the Service, including delays, errors, or product defects.

11. Privacy

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as described in AgogoFresh’s Privacy Policy. Your data will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the delivery service and managing your subscription.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.

AgogoFresh reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms and Conditions on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
